ParkingSpinner provides parking guidance and support to motorists in the United Kingdom. You can reach us by phone on 07710 229445 or by email at info@parkingspinner.co.uk. We are based in London, United Kingdom.

We only collect information you choose to give us on this website: your free account, what you buy in the Wallet, and the forms below.

Your free account

• Your name and email address, and a password that our account provider stores in scrambled (hashed) form: nobody at ParkingSpinner can read it
• The same account signs you in to the Win Win ParkingHelpers app, so it is held with the app's account records

Buying Today's pass or the appeal pack (Wallet)

• What you bought, the amount, the time and the payment reference
• Card details go straight into Stripe's secure card form and to Stripe, our payment provider; they never reach our own systems

Booking a call

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your Parking Charge or PCN reference, if you choose to provide it
• Any notes you add about what you need help with
• The appointment time you selected and your device timezone

Requesting the appeal template

• Your name and email address
• Which type of parking notice you told us you received

The contact form

• Your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number
• The subject and content of your message

The prize wheel

• Your email address and phone number
• Your parking ticket reference and any details, if you choose to provide them
• The prize the wheel returned

• To hold your appointment and to call you at the time you chose
• To send you the confirmation, reminder and any reschedule or cancellation emails for your booking
• To send you the appeal template you asked for
• To reply to your enquiry
• To administer promotional prize draws and arrange any prize
• To keep basic records of the help we have provided

Our lawful basis is normally the performance of a service you asked for, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Where we rely on your consent — for example the confirmation checkbox on the booking form — you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

We keep the number of third parties deliberately small, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

• Our email delivery provider, which sends the transactional emails described above
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the data securely on our behalf
• Supabase, which holds member accounts for this website and the Win Win ParkingHelpers app
• Stripe, which takes card payments in the Wallet and emails your receipt

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards their terms provide for international transfers.

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to deal with any follow-up questions, and then delete them. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask us and we will do it unless we are required to keep it.

This website only uses strictly necessary cookies: to keep you logged in to your account, for the private administration area, and Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies on the Wallet's card form. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the detail.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will deal with your request.
