We provide general information and practical support: helping you identify what kind of parking notice you have received, explaining the routes and deadlines that usually apply, helping you organise your evidence, and giving you a template you can adapt.

Appeals and challenges are decided by the issuing authority, the parking operator, or an independent appeals service or tribunal. They are never decided by us. We cannot and do not promise that any appeal or challenge will succeed, and we will tell you honestly when we think one is unlikely to.

Deadlines and amounts differ between notices and between parts of the UK, and challenging a notice can affect any reduced amount you have been offered. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your own notice, and for meeting the deadlines printed on it.

The template is for members: it comes with Today's pass whenever a pass is required, and with a free account otherwise. It is a starting point. It is a structure, not a completed document, and it must be adapted to your own circumstances. Only include statements that are true and that you can support. You are responsible for what you send in your own name.

Calls are for members on the same basis as the template (Today's pass whenever a pass is required, otherwise a free account) and carry no obligation. We will call the number you give us at the time you selected. Please use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel if your plans change, so the slot can go to someone else.

We may need to reschedule occasionally. If we do, we will contact you using the details you provided.

The prize wheel and the What's Your Number? Magicnumber gameshow are promotional prize draws run as part of the Parking Empowerment Network (P.E.N). Entry is free. It is one entry per email address, and outcomes are determined by us at random.

Where a prize involves payment of a parking ticket, the ticket must be valid and the details you provide must be accurate. We pay the issuing authority directly and never pay cash in place of a prize.

Today's pass and the do-it-yourself appeal pack are digital products for your Win Win ParkingHelpers account. You can buy them in the app or in the Wallet on this website, where Stripe takes the card payment. Wherever you buy them, they belong to your account and work in both.

• Today's pass starts as soon as the payment goes through and runs for the number of hours shown before you pay. Buying another while one is running adds those hours after it ends.
• The appeal pack is yours to keep once paid.
• Both start straight away at your request. Before paying you confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the pass starts or the pack is unlocked.
• If a payment goes wrong, or you were charged twice, contact us with the receipt Stripe emailed you and we will put it right.

Products, services, membership dues and training costs are pre-paid and non-refundable after use. Full or partial refunds are not valid after 14 days, subject to any additional specific offers and applicable terms and conditions.

Service availability varies by location and by membership tier.

Please use this website and its forms honestly, and do not attempt to disrupt it or to submit information that is not yours to submit. We may withdraw access where a form is being misused.

We aim to keep the information here accurate and current, but parking rules change. Where a page links to an official source, that source takes precedence over our summary of it.
